•Follow the procedure if the PLC is in stop mode.
•Open the “Hard ware configuration” using  Simatic Manager .
•Go to Station > Open Online.
•Now the same configuration is opened in ONLINE mode.
•If there is any fault there will be a Red Mark on the CPU.
•Double click on that.
•Go to Diagnosis.
•There you will find the History of faulty before PLC went to stop mode.
•Take corrective action as mentioned there.
