Move Instructions
With the Assign Value instruction, you can assign specific values to variables. The value specified at the IN input is copied to the address specified at the OUT
output. ENO has the same signal state as EN.
With the MOVE box, the Assign Value instruction can copy all elementary data types with lengths of 8, 16, or 32 bits. User-defined data types such as arrays or structures must be copied with the system function SFC 20 ”BLKMOV".
The Assign Value instruction is affected by the Master Control Relay (MCR). For more information on how the MCR functions, see Master Control Relay On/Off.
